Dear Diary,
My dad learned the hard way that Mr. Beelzy is real, more real than Big Simon and Small Simon. It was an amazing feeling to hear my dad disappear into Mr. Beelzy's mouth! I feel bad for mom and Mrs. Carter though. They ran out of the house screaming. I hope they realize soon that it was not Mr. Beelzy's fault. It was dad's fault for trying to hurt me. Mr. Beelzy was protecting me so he is my hero.

"Thus I Refute Beelzy": Small Simon' Diary Entry #2
Dear Diary,
I knew I shouldn't have told my dad about Mr. Beelzy! He thinks I'm making up a story about Mr. Beelzy and told me to go to my room. If my dad is planning to beat me, Mr. Beelzy will teach my dad a lesson because he says that he will never let anyone hurt me. Mr. Beelzy is here with me right now and he is an angry lion. My dad can't match Mr. Beelzy's strong paws and sharp teeth so he better not try to hurt me. If he does to try to hurt me, I don't care what Mr. Beelzy does to him because I love Mr. Beelzy and no one else!

Dear Diary,
I had the most interesting day ever. I was playing by myself with a stick and drawing cool looking pictures on the dirt when suddenly someone appeared. He introduced himself as Mr. Beelzy. I guess he is a magician because he can change into anything he wants! We played until my dad came home and we had to eat supper. Mr. Beelzy told me that if I drew the same picture on the ground, he will appear and play with me. I'm looking forward to playing with my new friend tomorrow.

I just had the most exciting experience of my life! Our plan worked and now we don't have to worry about those bothersome figures in our lives. We are free! Free to do whatever we wish. First on the list is going to New York! Oh, the psychologist is here. I guess we're going to have to get rid of him too somehow before we can live our new lives. Goodbye "Happylife." Hello "Betterlife!"

Dear Diary,
Father doesn't seem to like the nursery anymore. I can't believe he tried to lock up the nursery forever! why would he try to lock it up? It's not like mother and father will do anything for us like the nursery did. I hate them for trying to take away what we love. I can't imagine what I'd do without the nursery. Wendy and I spent most of our time in there since we were born. Anyways, it looks like we won't have to worry about them anymore as long as "The Plan" works. Soon, we will do anything we want, like going to New York in rockets!

Tonight, when Wendy and I tried to go into the nursery, it was locked. Luckily, i was able to open the lock without a problem. Like we've been doing for past few weeks, we re-lived "The Plan" through the nursery. I hope mother and father haven't overheard our plan from their slumber room. When our plan goes as planned, it'll give them the most frightening experience of their lives!
